# The pilots

> Four modules, one upload. What each pilot turns your video into.

Guino is built around a single idea: you already did the hard part when you filmed the
product. Everything after that is a conversion problem, not a filming problem.

So every module reads from the same place. You upload once.

  -> Igloo (your asset library)
       -> ContentPilot hosted review page and affiliate article
       -> ClipPilot vertical social clip and per platform copy
       -> ListingPilot   marketplace listing packet
  -> click tracking
```
## Which one to start with
ContentPilot. It is the one that produces the asset with the longest life. A review page
you publish today can still bring traffic next year, while a social clip does most of its
work in its first week.
Run ContentPilot first, then feed the same product through ClipPilot and ListingPilot on
the same afternoon. Nothing needs re-uploading.
## What is fully automated and what is not
Worth knowing up front so you plan your time correctly.
| Step                                                                   | Automated                                    |
| ---------------------------------------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------- |
| Transcribing your video                                                | Yes                                          |
| Choosing screenshots                                                   | Yes, and you can override every one          |
| Writing the article                                                    | Yes                                          |
| Publishing your review page                                            | Yes, Guino hosts it                          |
| Rendering the vertical clip                                            | Yes                                          |
| Uploading that clip to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook | **No. You download and post it yourself.**   |
| Writing the eBay listing                                               | Yes                                          |
| Publishing to eBay                                                     | Yes, a real live listing on your own account |
| Publishing to Facebook Marketplace                                     | **No. Guino writes it, you paste it in.**    |
The two gaps are not oversights. Neither Meta nor the short form platforms give sellers
and creators a publishing connection that Guino could use. eBay does, so Guino uses it.
