Igloo is where every product you add to Guino lives, along with everything Guino made from it: the source video, the extracted audio, the transcript, the screenshots, and the generated article. It exists so you never upload the same video twice. ContentPilot, ClipPilot, and ListingPilot all read from Igloo rather than asking you for another file.

What is in it

For each product:

Finding things

The product browser supports search, filtering, and sorting. As your library grows past a few dozen products this becomes the fastest way in, faster than scrolling the dashboard. Recent Activity shows what actually happened and when, built from real stored timestamps rather than an estimate.

Storage and your quota

Igloo shows a breakdown by category so you can see where your space is going. Video is almost always the largest share, by a wide margin.
Free accounts are capped at 2 GB total. The paid plans lift this. If you are close to the cap, the quickest win is removing source videos for products you have already published, filmed, and listed, since the article and screenshots do not need the original file to stay live.
Your storage is scoped to your account only. No other Guino creator can reach it.

Igloo and Business Hub

These two look at the same products from different angles, and it is worth knowing which to open.

Igloo

The asset view. Files, storage, media, what Guino generated. A product appears here once you have uploaded a video for it.

Business Hub

The business view. Which brand sent it, what it retails for, whether it has arrived, been filmed, or been uploaded yet.
A product that has arrived but has not been filmed yet exists in Business Hub and not in Igloo, because there is no video for it. That is the normal state of a product waiting on your desk, and it is exactly the state Business Hub was built to track.
