Almost always the affiliate tag. New accounts start with a placeholder tag that belongs to nobody, and a page published with it works perfectly in every visible way while crediting no one.Click one of your own product links and look at the address you land on. If it does not end with your Associates tracking ID, fix it, then publish each affected page again. Changing your tag does not rewrite pages that are already live.Full instructions: Set your affiliate tag.
You are on the Free plan. Free accounts can run the entire pipeline and edit freely, but publishing needs a paid plan.Nothing is lost. Your draft is kept and publishes as it is once you upgrade. See Plans and billing.
A known labelling issue. Creator, Pro, and Scale are the current names. Internally Guino still uses the older names Starter and Growth in a few places, so you may see Guino Starter where you expect Creator, and Guino Growth where you expect Scale.Your plan and your entitlements are correct. Only the label is wrong.
Working as intended. Editing saves to a draft, and your live page keeps showing the version you last published.Press Publish again. This applies to review edits, website and theme changes, and a changed affiliate tag. See Publishing.
ClipPilot uses the first three minutes of the source. A social clip is never a full review.If the moment you want sits later than that, trim the video before uploading or upload a shorter cut specifically for ClipPilot. See ClipPilot.
Captions are built from the transcript, so ClipPilot needs a transcript to burn them in. Run ContentPilot on that product first, then generate the clip.If captions are still missing after that, the uncaptioned clip is still produced and usable, so you are not left with nothing.
Views and clicks stay recorded against whichever address they happened on, so a renamed page shows its history in two pieces.Old links still work and still reach the page. Only the reporting is split. Avoid renaming pages that are already performing well.
Free accounts are capped at 2 GB. Igloo shows a breakdown by category, and source video is almost always the bulk of it.The quickest win is removing source videos for products you have already published, clipped, and listed. Your article and screenshots stay live without the original file.
Usually business policies. eBay requires a payment, shipping, and returns policy on every listing, and refuses to publish without them.Connecting your account only reads your existing policies. Creating a starter set is a separate step you have to choose, because those are your commercial terms. See ListingPilot.
Deliberate. Guino does not have a measurement for that figure right now, so it says so.Showing 0 would be indistinguishable from a real zero, and a fabricated zero is worse than an honest gap. If a number is on screen in Guino, something measured it.
Your Amazon Associates dashboard, not Guino.Amazon reports commissions only to you. Guino can see that a visitor clicked through and nothing after that, so it cannot show earnings or a conversion rate and does not estimate either. See Views and clicks.

Note what you were doing, which product it involved, and whether the page in question is a draft or published. Those three facts resolve most reports immediately.
