These commands only work inside the official Guino Discord server, and only for
your own account. Nothing here needs you to know anything technical — just type
the command and follow the prompts.
Connect your account
Run/link in any channel. It gives you a button that connects your Discord
account to your Guino account, the same way you would sign in anywhere else.
Once connected:
- Support staff can see your plan and account details automatically when you open a ticket, so you do not have to explain your setup every time.
- You get access to the library commands below.
- Your Discord role updates to match your current Guino plan, and updates again if your plan ever changes.
/unlink at any time to disconnect. Your Guino account itself is untouched —
this only removes the connection to Discord.
Get support
Look for the support channel and click Open a Ticket. You will be asked to:1
Pick a category
Account or login, billing, a specific Guino tool, a bug, a feature idea, or
something else.

Describe what's going on
A short subject and what happened or what you need help with. If it is a bug,
include the steps that led to it — that is the single biggest thing that speeds
up a fix.

Get a private channel
Only you and the support team can see it. If your account is linked, your plan
and account details are already there when a staff member opens the channel —
you will not be asked to repeat them.
You can only have one open ticket per category at a time. If you already have one
open, the bot points you back to it instead of creating a duplicate.
